FEMALE CIVILIAN COURSE F-1

Details: This is a 2-day course (Saturday - Sunday) designed as an introduction to Self-Defense, focusing on situational awareness and physical preparedness to overcome a violent attack. The training will transition into pistol manipulations with an emphasis on basic marksmanship skills. The course employs methodical & metered drills of increasing complexity in the manipulation of the pistol and provides the skill and knowledge to use hand to hand combat where deadly use of force is not available to save your life or loved ones.

*Required for F-2 course.

COURSE GOALS: The goal of this course is to introduce students to hand combat, while building confidence in a safe and fun environment and will provide the student with a gross familiarization with their pistol. This two-day course will instill confidence in their ability to defend and accurately fire the pistol with proper use of sights and trigger control while employing shooting fundamentals.

 The course is limited to 10 students 

2 days course:  9am to 5pm

 300 Rounds minimum. 

• Pistol. Semi-Auto / Any Caliber (NO REVOLVERS) (Pistol Rental $40 depending availability)
• You Will Need At Least Two Magazines. (RECOMMENDED) 
• Sturdy belt with holster and 2 magazine holders.(RECOMMENDED)
• Eye & ear protection.
• Lunch, Snacks & Fluids to Keep You Hydrated.
• A Positive Learning Attitude.
• Range attire, Long pants  (Dress in comfortable warm layers for winter)
