T-3 Tactical Elements is also now officially certified through the State of Nevada Commission on Peace Officer Standards and Training (P.O.S.T.) as Course P420001.
T-3 Tactical Elements is T&T Tactical' s advanced pistol development course, created for experienced shooters who are ready to move beyond foundational skills and begin applying those skills in increasingly demanding and dynamic environments.
T-3 has evolved.
What was previously a one-day course has been expanded into 16 hours of training over two full days, giving students more time for instruction, repetitions, evaluation, correction, and development.
COURSE OUTLINE
This is an advanced level course designed for experienced shooters with solid foundation, knowledge and skills. This course will focus on expanding skills and abilities and develop effective skills to transition from static shooting to dynamic situations.
Focusing on reinforcing fundamentals of tactical shooting and weapons handling skills under stress, marksmanship and weapons handling & manipulation.
Students will face demanding pistol drills for speed and accuracy and consistency while improving techniques and efficiency in increasingly complex real-life scenarios. This course will challenge students mentally and physically. movement, cover & concealment techniques will be exploited.
Prerequisite
T-2 Tactical Transitions certification from T&T Tactical or similar from a recognized institution is required. Students must understand the importance of firearm safety and should be efficient in dynamics and mechanics of shooting handguns. if you do not have any certification you will be required to complete "CET" qualification prior to class.

- Pistol. Semi-Auto / Any Caliber (NO REVOLVERS)
- You Will Need At Least Three Magazines
- Sturdy belt with holster and magazine holders. (REQUIRED)
- Eye & ear protection
- 800 Rounds of Ammunition
- Snacks & Fluids to Keep You Hydrated
- A Positive Learning Attitude
- Range attire (Dress in comfortable warm layers for winter)
- Hiking or tactical foot wear is recommended.

T-3 Tactical Elements has gone through the Nevada P.O.S.T. professional course certification process and has been approved as a 16-hour professional training course.
For Nevada law-enforcement professionals, T-3 provides a P.O.S.T.-certified advanced training opportunity.
For our civilian students, the certification represents something equally important: you are training through the same T-3 curriculum that has been developed and certified for professional law-enforcement training in Nevada.
At T&T Tactical, we don't believe professional-quality instruction should stop with the professional.
